Community Guidelines
Being someone's rival is part of Astera Online. Treating people with respect in chat, in clans and in commander names is the rule everyone shares.
What is not allowed
Threats, harassment, hate speech, targeting individuals, sexual content involving minors, publishing someone's personal information without permission, fraud, spam and malicious links are prohibited. Do not impersonate other people, and do not use security flaws, bots or multiple accounts for an unfair advantage. An in-game attack or rivalry never justifies a verbal attack on a real person.
Messages and reporting
Messages in public chat and clan areas can be seen by other people in the game. Do not type phone numbers, home addresses, passwords or other sensitive information into chat. If you see a violation, send the commander name, the approximate time and, if you have one, a screenshot to samety3503@gmail.com. Do not include other players' private information in a report unless it is necessary.
Review and consequences
Reports are assessed in context. Depending on the nature of the violation, content may be removed, a warning issued, chat restricted, or account access suspended. Using false reports to target other players is itself a violation. To appeal a decision, or to ask about your own data, use the same email address.
