What you can write about

Use this address for game or account support, bug reports, community violations, questions about advertising, and privacy or data protection requests. For an account deletion or data access request, state your commander name and what you are asking for. Your identity may need to be verified; never put your password in an email.

Requests are answered from the same address. A reply usually arrives within a few days; account deletion is reviewed by the operator, and fleets in flight, records that involve other players, or legal retention duties can delay parts of a removal. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.
